How a conversation with me works

It’s simple and informal. A first conversation doesn’t create any obligation to sell, and you’re welcome to stop at any point.

Four simple steps

  1. Start a conversation

You get in touch after finding my details, receiving a letter, or being referred to me. A short email or phone call is enough.

  2. Understand the property

I’ll ask about the property, your circumstances and what you’re hoping to achieve. You share only what you’re comfortable sharing.

  3. Explore possibilities

We talk through whether a conventional purchase or another arrangement might make sense, or whether it’s better to leave things as they are.

  4. Determine next steps

If we’re both interested, we work through the details in writing, with the right professional support.

A few things worth knowing

Nothing is agreed until it’s in writing and signed. You’re encouraged to have your own attorney, tax advisor or other professional review anything before you decide.

I work with you directly throughout the process. The purchasing entity will be an LLC within my own business structure, established to hold the property. I’ll identify the specific purchasing entity and confirm it in writing before you’re asked to sign anything.

Let’s start a conversation

Email or call whenever suits you. If the timing isn’t right, that’s fine too.
