This website has no contact form, accounts, advertising or analytics, and it doesn’t ask you for any personal information.

Like most websites, the company that hosts it may keep standard technical records, such as IP addresses, to run the service and keep it secure.

If you email or call, I’ll receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, contact details and information about your property. I use them to reply and to continue our conversation.

I don’t sell your information. I may share it with professionals involved in a possible transaction, such as an attorney or tax advisor, or where the law requires it. I keep it only as long as it’s reasonably needed.

Please don’t send sensitive financial details by email. You can ask me to update or delete your information at any time.
