I’d rather understand what matters to you than arrive with a fixed idea. That might lead to a straightforward purchase, a flexible closing date or payments over time.

Take whatever time you need, and talk to your own attorney, tax advisor or anyone else you trust before deciding anything.
The kinds of property I’m interested in
I am particularly interested in small multifamily residential properties, including duplexes, triplexes and fourplexes. I am also open to considering other residential properties where there may be a good fit.
